We ordered a stage and generator. Stage was poorly made, moved and creaked when you walked on it. The boards were sticking up and a tripping hazard, but they wanted to charge $300 more for a carpet to put on top. They sent the driver to add more screws to the boards. Customer service was no help. She said it was my fault for not ordering the carpet. When I ordered it was not specified nor an option for a carpet. I ended up buying 2 outdoor carpets to put over the top, but we still barely used it because the whole stage wobbled. Generator didn't work the whole event. I will not rent anything from them again.

The service was great! The process for renting the tent and tables was very smooth. The set up looked great and really added to the event we were throwing!

It was a wonderful experience working with the team of Kelly rentals! This was my first time renting from them and the complete process was so simple and efficient. I will surely go back to them for all my future party rental needs

10 out of 10...Kelly rentals exceeded my expectations...from drop off to pickup...the entire experience was smooth and seamless...the drop off person & pickup person stayed on task from start to finish without distractions...professional and straight to the point...just like I like it...Thank you Kelly Rentals & we will definitely be using you again in the future.

I was very pleased with the rental I had. We had a little miscommunication about the time of drop off, but Kelly Rentals was very flexible and worked with me so that we could still rent the item for the night.

Great customer service, friendly employees, easy to order and pick-up, with a variety of options. They can accommodate small or large needs. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them!

Kelly Rentals did a great job assessing my party needs and talking through options for equipment. Their delivery and set up team were timely and did a great job. They were helpful with any questions and changes I requested as well. All of my guests were impressed with the setup. I will definitely use Kelly again for other event needs in the future.

Kelly Rentals did a great job on getting us tables for our event. The driver helped us with the tables and let us use his dolly to get them in the building. It was such a big help for us! Their pick-up was just as good and very timely! Thank you!
