Standard Delivery Window: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday).
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.
After-Hours Services:
Any deliveries before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Any deliveries before 9:00 AM or after 1:00 PM (Sat)
These will incur an after-hours delivery fee.
⚠️ Example: If you request delivery at 6:30 AM on a Friday, this will be billed as an after-hours service.
Residential Deliveries:
Items are dropped at garage, front door, or front garage door.
If backyard access is through a side gate, items will be placed just outside that gate.
Our drivers will not roll equipment through grass or carry through narrow interior paths.
Commercial Deliveries:
If drivers must carry items upstairs, use freight elevators, or travel more than 20 feet from the loading area to your suite, additional labor fees will apply.
Extended Walks or Stairs:
Deliveries requiring walking more than 50 feet from the truck, or lifting items upstairs, will be charged an extra handling fee.
Fees may be assessed at driver’s discretion if not disclosed during reservation.
⚠️ Example: If your apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, a stair-carry fee will apply.
Included Setup: Dance floors and tents include professional setup.
Self-Serve Items: Tables, chairs, linens, and standard rental equipment are delivered stacked/dropped only. Setup is available for an additional fee if arranged in advance.
Teardown Requirements:
Customers are responsible for breaking down all tables, chairs, and non-installed equipment before pickup.
Items should be stacked and placed in the same location as delivery.
If teardown is not completed, a labor fee will be charged.
⚠️ Example: If chairs are left scattered around a backyard instead of stacked, teardown fees will apply.
Residential Pickups: Items must be placed outside or in the garage/front area where they were originally delivered.
Business Pickups: Items should be staged in the same accessible area as delivery.
Failure to Stage Items: If items are not staged properly, an additional labor/return trip fee will apply.
Indoor-Only or Premium Equipment: Certain items (e.g., specialty furniture, premium linens, electronics) are designated for indoor use only.
If these items are used outdoors, in rain, on dirt, or in conditions outside of contract terms, a damage/replacement fee will be charged.
General Care: Do not tape, glue, staple, or use sharp objects on rental items.
⚠️ Example: If premium white leather lounge furniture is placed on grass outdoors, cleaning or replacement charges will apply.
Disclose all delivery details (stairs, gates, long carries, special timing) when placing your order.
Do not make special delivery or pickup requests directly with drivers — all arrangements must be handled through the office.
Ensure someone is present at delivery to confirm placement, unless prior arrangements are made.
