How it Works

If you receive a lower quote from a local competitor, we may match their pricing under the following conditions:

1. Equivalent Products and Services

   • The competitor’s quote must be for the same or comparable items and services.
     • Example: A bid for a frame tent cannot be compared to a quote for a popup tent.
   • Add-ons (such as delivery or setup) must also be considered when comparing quotes.
   • The quote must be for the same dates, times, delivery locations, and items.

2. Legally Compliant

   • The competitor must charge applicable sales tax on their invoices, as required by law.
   • They must be a legitimate company in good standing with the Secretary of State.

What’s Not Covered

• Quotes from companies operating without proper legal compliance.
• Items or services that are not equivalent in quality, size, or value.

Submitting a Price Match Request

To request a price match, please provide the following:

• A copy of the competitor’s official quote or invoice.
• Details of the products and services included in the competitor’s quote for comparison.
