Kelly rentals was perfect for our 15th birthday celebration for our daughter. We needed a table, garden chairs and so glad we were able to rent lanterns. Those lanterns really set the party vibes and finishing touches on this party. Was easy to get a quote online then talk with a specialist and simply had them delivered on our driveway. Pick was just as easy and placed on the driveway. Communications for all was easy via text. Highly recommend for your next party. Will definitely use them for a graduation party soon!

I rented tables and chairs from Kelly’s for my husband’s birthday gathering, and the entire experience was excellent. The Kelly’s rental team was on point with both delivery and pickup, making everything easy and stress-free. They offer a variety of table sizes, and I was glad they had exactly what I needed. The black garden chairs were a nice touch and really added to the look of the event. I also had to change my order at least twice, and the team handled the changes without any problems. Their flexibility and customer service were greatly appreciated. The tables and chairs were a little dusty upon arrival, but it was nothing a quick wipe-down couldn’t fix. Overall, the convenience of renting everything I needed made the experience well worth it. I will definitely rent from Kelly’s again and highly recommend them to anyone planning an event.

Great experience with renting through here. One of the more affordable options I could find for our baby shower. They do all the loading/unloading and are very quick efficient and polite. All we had to do was come pick up and drop off but they did all the work. Our event was on a Saturday so we picked up on Friday and dropped off on Monday. Love that we had no need to rush to get everything and drop off right before or after the event. Would definitely use them again!

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation. Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your rental, we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a rain-check option to hold your funds for future use. The following conditions apply: Rain-check: Instead of a refund, we will hold the funds you paid as a rain-check. This rain-check is valid for 1 year from the original event date, starting from the day after your original event date. You can utilize the rain-check amount towards any future rental with us during this one-year period. The rain-check is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation. Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions prohibit the installation of the rented equipment, we do not issue refunds. However, we offer the rain-check option as mentioned above. We understand that uncontrollable circumstances like severe weather can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the validity period of the rain-check. Deposits: All deposits made for reservations, including those related to Covid-19 or any other disaster, are non-refundable. Deposits secure the availability of equipment and cover administrative costs. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, deposits cannot be refunded. Rebooking: If you wish to reschedule your rental to a different date within the one-year rain-check validity period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to equipment availability. Terms and Conditions: By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy and the accompanying terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and accept these terms before making a reservation. Please note that this refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. Yes! Deliveries can be scheduled and will guarantee delivery within a one hour window. If you want an exact time for deliver it will be an additional $200. Service available only at our DFW metroplex.
