This company is so amazing from start to finish I have zero complaints. My event was on a Sunday so they delivered Friday and did their pickup on Monday, while only charging me for one day!! Communication with their drivers was phenomenal as well!! Highly recommend!! I will be using them for all rentals in the future.

Danica & team are LIFE SAVERS! My experience with Kelly Rentals was nothing short of incredible. I had forgotten to order rope & stanchion for my Saturday event, and on FRIDAY night, I panicked and called Kelly Rentals. I quickly received a text message from Danica, and she jumped right into action. Not only was she extremely empathetic and helpful, she kept me informed of the progress. She said she would do everything in her power to make this happen. She was able to move mountains and get me a confirmed order, and within 12 hours, I was receiving a delivery at my venue. I cannot THANK her enough for what she did. This has to be some sort of record of the quickest turnaround every, ESPECIALLY after hours on a Friday night. Kelly Rentals = GREAT experience! Kelly Rentals had outstanding communication before, during, and after the event. I was made aware of when the delivery and pick-up would take place within an hour. We are a local rental company in the DFW and Austin metroplex. We offer affordable prices and quality service for when you most need it. We'd love to be a part of your next event, please call us or fill out the quote above to get a quote! Our number is (214) 915-2475.

Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 25% deposit for orders over $100 and 100% for orders under $100. The full balance of order is due 3 business days prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 3 business day prior to delivery.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation. Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your rental, we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a rain-check option to hold your funds for future use. The following conditions apply: Rain-check: Instead of a refund, we will hold the funds you paid as a rain-check. This rain-check is valid for 1 year from the original event date, starting from the day after your original event date. You can utilize the rain-check amount towards any future rental with us during this one-year period. The rain-check is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation. Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions prohibit the installation of the rented equipment, we do not issue refunds. However, we offer the rain-check option as mentioned above. We understand that uncontrollable circumstances like severe weather can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the validity period of the rain-check. Deposits: All deposits made for reservations, including those related to Covid-19 or any other disaster, are non-refundable. Deposits secure the availability of equipment and cover administrative costs. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, deposits cannot be refunded. Rebooking: If you wish to reschedule your rental to a different date within the one-year rain-check validity period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to equipment availability. Terms and Conditions: By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy and the accompanying terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and accept these terms before making a reservation. Please note that this refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing the policy on our website or contacting our customer service team for the most up-to-date information. If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding our refund policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Reservations are required to reserve your equipment as soon as possible so that you know you will be able to get what you need.

Yes! Normal delivery rates will range from $110 for up to 20 miles from one of our nearest locations, or dependent on location if further.

Our standard delivery service is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Delivery at a specific time is available for an additional fee. Please contact us or fill out a form for pricing.

Yes! Deliveries can be scheduled and will guarantee delivery within a one hour window. If you want an exact time for deliver it will be an additional $200. Service available only at our DFW metroplex.

Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.

We can set up and breakdown the equipment for an extra charge ($60 base plus $1.50 per chair, $2.50 per table and $3.50 if those tables have linens). Call us at (214) 915 2475 to add this to your estimate today! Services for the DFW metroplex

You will be charged the replacement cost for the item, unless the replacement cost is covered by the damage waiver cost price paid and the lost or damage was non-negotiable.

For an additional fee we provide services to help with events starting early in the morning or late at night. $300 delivery fee if the event is at 7 am - 8 am or . $150 if delivery is before 11 AM and $150 before 10 PM. For Sunday or Saturday events we only deliver a day early. DFW metroplex only.

A valid Texas state ID is required on ALL rentals. You must be at least 18 years old to rent.
