AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH! The entire staff at Kelly Rentals is super amazing! I was so busy working and preparing for the Labor Day Holiday with hosting my family from out of state. The representatives made it so easy for me by preparing the quote and sending the agreement in minutes. Since the warehouse would be closed on Saturday and my event was Sunday, I was able to pick up Friday and return on Tuesday with only the price of a one-day rental. I am so grateful for help in easing the pressure so I could enjoy my family. Thanks again! I will see you in a couple of months for my holiday dinner.

Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 50% deposit for orders over $200 and 100% for orders under $200. The full balance of order is due 3 business days prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 3 business day prior to delivery.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a reservation. Cancellation by the Customer: If you decide to cancel your rental, we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a rain-check option to hold your funds for future use. The following conditions apply: Rain-check: Instead of a refund, we will hold the funds you paid as a rain-check. This rain-check is valid for 1 year from the original event date, starting from the day after your original event date. You can utilize the rain-check amount towards any future rental with us during this one-year period. The rain-check is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual or organization that made the original reservation. Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions prohibit the installation of the rented equipment, we do not issue refunds. However, we offer the rain-check option as mentioned above. We understand that uncontrollable circumstances like severe weather can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the validity period of the rain-check. Deposits: All deposits made for reservations, including those related to Covid-19 or any other disaster, are non-refundable. Deposits secure the availability of equipment and cover administrative costs. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, deposits cannot be refunded. Rebooking: If you wish to reschedule your rental to a different date within the one-year rain-check validity period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to equipment availability. Terms and Conditions: By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy and the accompanying terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and accept these terms before making a reservation. Please note that this refund policy is subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing the policy on our website or contacting our customer service team for the most up-to-date information. Reservations are required to reserve your equipment as soon as possible so that you know you will be able to get what you need.

Yes! Normal delivery rates will range from $110 for up to 20 miles from one of our nearest locations, or dependent on location if further.

Our standard delivery service is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Delivery at a specific time is available for an additional fee. Please contact us or fill out a form for pricing.

Yes! Deliveries can be scheduled and will guarantee delivery within a one hour window. If you want an exact time for deliver it will be an additional $200. Service available only at our DFW metroplex.

Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.

For an additional fee we provide services to help with events starting early in the morning or late at night. $300 delivery fee if the event is at 7 am - 8 am or . $150 if delivery is before 11 AM and $150 before 10 PM. For Sunday or Saturday events we only deliver a day early. DFW metroplex only.

A valid Texas state ID is required on ALL rentals. You must be at least 18 years old to rent.
