Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Employee Management - Ensure employees and the Drivers are aligned toward the same Delivery Goal

In order to ensure the Goal has been reached, Lead should :

  • Write daily tasks and explain in detail what is needed for the day,
  • Driver lead should dedicate everyone to the goals for the week and help execute those
  • Lead should ensure workers perform their jobs to the best of their abilities so as to achieve business goals

2. Inventory Management - review items, checked off and ensure we are done

Quality Control - randomly checking the items per batch to ensure the quality

3. Training (Driver) - Ensuring all Driver are aware with the company's expectations and the items we have in the Delivery

Explain the following:

  • Delivery Markings
  • Delivery Loading and Unloading
  • Assembling Tent
  • Delivery and Pick up procedure"

4. Back up Delivery Driver (as needed) - If drivers can't perform duties, the Lead will step in to do them.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $20.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
